Capacity Building & Training

Grooming and raising leaders is the prime of our training office. With our flagship initiative; Young Diplomats of Ghana; IPPG seeks to nurture the skill of young people aspiring for leadership positions in various fields and also create an avenue for them to be vociferous in the political and governance process.

We are also committed to engaging actors in the policy building and governance space including the media, NGO’s, CSOs, Civil Service, Political Parties, Religious Bodies, etc. in capacity building initiatives and workshops to strengthen their knowledge, abilities, skills and behavior to professionally and positively contribute to the governance process.
